Built around a real operator
VP Operating is led by President Jeff Schuckers, whose oil and gas background began with his father's exploration work in Louisiana. Since 2004, Jeff has consulted on wells across Oklahoma, Texas, and South Louisiana. Through VP Operating and Valley Petrol Consulting, the work is handled by an experienced owner-operator.

Lower RiskDevelopment Wells
Development wells are drilled in proven producing areas, adjacent to existing production and within a known reservoir.
Moderate RiskRe-Entry & Workover Projects
Re-entry projects involve returning to an existing wellbore that was previously drilled, and in some cases previously produced, to test new formations, deepen the well, or apply modern completion techniques to zones that were not previously stimulated.
Higher RiskProspect Generation & Leasehold
Prospect generation involves identifying and evaluating acreage where VP Operating believes a commercial quantity of hydrocarbons may be present, based on geological and geophysical evaluation, regional production data, and analogous field performance.
